JUDGING / SCORING PROCEDURE

In local or national USBF competition, all competitors shall be placed (list in order). Judges will evaluate each contestant based on three areas: Muscularity, Symmetry, and Presentation. Judges will weigh these three areas equally. Most of the judging is done during prejudging where each competitor is put through mandatory poses designed to highlight the major muscle groups. A
judge must be fully completed his or her scoring before the group / class leaves the stage. Any judge can request additional poses.

The judges will objectively evaluate each competitor against the other individuals in that class.
This evaluation is to be completed no matter how many contestants are in a particular group and no matter how long it takes.
