For those looking to loose weight, spinning is the perfect solution.  The average person in a 40 minute class will burn 500 calories.  Most other exercise classes would take atleast double the time to burn this amount of calories.  If you are looking to loose weight there is not better option in a class environment!!  Spinning will melt pounds off! 

FITS ALL FITNESS LEVELS
Although it is hard in intensity, it isn’t hard for beginners to start because every participant is encouraged to work at their own pace.  People from all fitness levels can enjoy a heart pounding workout!

MUSCLE BUILDING
The “climbing” exercise often incorporated into spin classes builds strength and defines muscles in your legs and abdominal area.  Strengthening muscles in your legs not only looks great, but it also increases your metabolism making loosing weight easier. 

LOW IMPACT EXERCISE
Spin has no impact by nature so if you are properly positioned on the bike you will not put yourself at a risk of injury to your knees.
